Charlotte is an industry veteran who started her career at WME, which launched her into client representation with her most recent role as Influencer Director at IHPR. While there, she worked with 20+ brands including Bragg, Eddie Bauer, Cuyana, Theory and more.
 
Charlotte has been on both sides of the business having worked at DBA for 4 years managing a portfolio of talent. She has developed a deep understanding of the influencer marketplace from a 360 angle, providing personalized strategies for individuals and companies to grow their digital footprint.
 
She is most passionate about mental health and wellness, which has motivated her to return to her roots working with digital storytellers who are providing intrinsic value and making social media a more positive space. Originally from Dallas, she now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and pup Murphy and remains a queso enthusiast.

Denise Hernandez is the founder of Maker Collaborative, where she manages a portfolio of food and wellness creators. With her talent-first approach and ability to connect the dots, she’s developed long-lasting brands for her clients both on and offline.

She is passionate about creators who inspire their communities and aims to build a positive environment for both talent and representatives. She firmly believes when women truly support one another, fundamental change can happen. She built her company on that very premise in hopes to inspire others to do the same.
 
Prior to founding Maker Collaborative in 2021, Denise represented talent at DBA for 4.5 years, where she exclusively managed cookbook authors and recipe developers. A Pacific Northwest native, she now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and rescue pup Abby.
